Four Cutting Heads for Faster Digital Finishing
The DLF Quattro uses four drag knife cutting heads that work in tandem to increase cutting efficiency. This makes it a strong fit for producers who need faster turnaround, frequent job changes, and the ability to cut custom label shapes without traditional dies.
No Dies Required
Custom label shapes are controlled by digital cut files instead of physical tooling. Operators can create or import vector PDF cut files, allowing new shapes to be produced without waiting for dies to be manufactured.
Complete Roll-to-Roll Workflow
The DLF Quattro combines multiple finishing steps into one streamlined workflow: pre-printed roll input, optional lamination, contour cutting, waste matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding finished rolls.
Integrated Touchscreen Control
The integrated touchscreen Cutting Manager allows operators to import PDF cut files, manage job setup, adjust cut settings, and control production directly from the machine.
Automatic Head Alignment
Cutting head positioning is detected from the PDF cut file, helping simplify setup and improve workflow efficiency.
Automatic Web Guide
The automatic web guide helps keep material aligned during production without the need for collars, physical guides, or manual adjustments.
Configurable Workflow
The DLF Quattro supports optional split rewind with an additional output mandrel. An optional laminate liner rewinder is also available for linered laminate applications.
Blank Label Mode
Blank Label Mode allows users to cut blank labels on liner so they are ready for printing.
